Caramel Banana Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumb – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the filling: – 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened – 2 ripe bananas, mashed – 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For topping (optional): – Additional caramel sauce – Sliced banana – Whipped cream

Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.

Prepare Filling: In another bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream with mashed bananas until well combined. Gradually fold in the caramel sauce, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Assemble Pie: Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Smooth the top.

1. Freeze: Place the pie in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. 2. Serve: Before serving, you can drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top of the pie and garnish with sliced bananas and whipped cream if desired.

Enjoy: Slice and serve your delicious Caramel Banana Ice Cream Pie, and enjoy the creamy, caramel-infused goodness!
